Overview

The Chooch Edge AI Platform offers users the flexibility to deploy and process AI Models at the edge with no-code software. Processing AI Models at the edge, reduces latency and increases overall system performance. Prediction data can then be sent to the cloud to be viewed in Chooch Analytics or to a third party for additional insights.

Guide on using Devices

  1. Please review these three main steps before proceeding to the Chooch Platform:
    1. Review the Hardware Requirements to make sure your device is compatible with Chooch AI before proceeding. Please contact Support@chooch.ai if you are unsure. 
    2. Review the Edge Devices Best Practice Guide
    3. Complete the Installation for your Device steps before proceeding to the steps below.
  2. After the desired environment has been completed, initial configuration steps such as internet configuration (must have internet access), permissions, access, and etc., follow the remaining steps below
  3. Navigate to the Chooch AI dashboard
  4. On the left-hand side panel select Devices > Create Device  
  5. Select Create Device > Apply the appropriate parameters, such as Device Name, PC or Jetson Devices, Specific Device type, Location, Description, and other desired parameters such as API End Point (if applicable) and MQTT Broker (if desired) corresponding to the hardware
  6. Select the Device
  7. + Add Stream 
  8. Enter Stream name and IP > Add Stream  
  9. Review the Device Information  
  10. Select Add Models
  11. Select Stream and Model  
  12. Once you have completed these steps, continue to Copy the Device ID of the device you want to connect to and click HERE to complete the command line steps
