3D Synthetic Generation tools can help generate different image viewpoints, object poses, backgrounds, and lighting conditions from a CAD file to create additional data to train custom models.

Guide to using 3D Synthetic Data
Navigate to the Chooch dashboard
On the left-hand side panel select Datasets > My Object Datasets
Select your pre-existing Object Dataset, if you do not have a dataset please see here to learn how to create one. Please note: you must have annotated images in your dataset, non annotated images cannot be generated
Select Synthetic Data if the tool is not available please contact support@chooch.ai to upgrade to Enterprise
Select Synthetic Data 3D and upload at least 1 CAD file
Select Generate Synthetic Data
Select number of images to generate and the Background Type > Select Generate to begin 3D Synthetic Data
Select View Jobs to check the status
Once the job is completed Refresh the page and check the results
